Cute, wanted to love them, can't find right size

I usually wear a 10W in other brands. This shoe felt more narrower and smaller than the standard sizing.
Before I ordered my first pair, I used the sizing chart from the outline of my feet. The result was a 9.5 W. I kept exchanging and 10.5 extra wide wasn't available, but 11 EW was. The width was great, the length too long.
I am looking to exchange for different style or return ($15 fee if you use their prepaid shipping label for returns; exchanges are free shipping).

I love the cognac color! Few of the styles offer it.

Also the toe box is narrow. I'm used to deep toe boxes. This design seemed to allow my heel to slide easily.

Good shoe

Easy site to use. Very good price and quality. Unfortunately I had to return the shoes, which again was easy to do. Usually wear a 6.5 extra wide shoe which was not available. Ordered a 7 Wide and it was too long and too narrow.

Quality shoe - fit not great for me

These shoes are cute and well made. I was so excited to get them in 10.5 N, but I have weird feet! They felt great at first but as I wore them they slipped at the heal and rubbed on my second toe knuckle. I will try to break them again with some reinforcement padding.
