Fits well without any problems. Easy to put on even with a high instep and swollen ankles/feet. Worth every penny.

The velcro faces the wrong direction

These would be a lot better if the open end of the velcro faced towards the medial (inside) of the foot. I'm stiff, I can't really bend down to fasten my shoes. But I can sit and pull my foot into my lap, at which point the open end of the velcro is down, away from my face and hands. This is not so good.

skeptical husband with short wide feet finds a shoe that fits

So far my husband likes the shoes I ordered from your company. He has hard to fit feet. Finding dress or casual shoes is not fun.. He usually wears a New Balance size 9- 4E running shoe. He was skeptical that I could order a shoe that he had not tried on and get a fit. These were a little bit longer but he likes them. Thank you

The customer service is excellent!

Unfortunately the boots doesn?t fit. Even if I chose the same size than the Drew shoes that we bought last year.The boot size was OK, the width was Ok but the thickness didn't fit. My brother?s feet are too thick.
