These three layers consist of pure wool, insulated foam, and an aluminum reflector - all layers are designed to keep the cold out and the warmth in making it ideal insole for winter shoes and boots. Symptoms of splay foot can be relieved with the help of the Metatarsal pad and since this insole has an anatomical shape, strain will be taken off the arch and ball of foot area. The heel pad is shock absorbing and cushioning to ease pressure and impact to the heel.
