The Vionic Gemma Women's Arch Support Slipper has an upper made with 100% polyester terry material and hook and loop adjustability. This women's slipper is easy to wear due to its slip-on style, making it perfect for a full day excursion at the spa. The Gemma is not like your ordinary spa slipper because it's designed with Vionic's APMA accepted orthotic footbed that's podiatrist designed: it provides arch support and heel stabilization to minimize over pronation all while aligning lower limbs for better overall body alignment. The footbed is not only lined with polyester terry for added comfort, but also treated with Ecofresh, which is anti-bacterial and resistant to foot odor. Flexible EVA is used in both the footbed and outsole design to provide durability and shock absorption. Very comfortable

I needed good support due to plantar fasciitis pain and these deliver! They are warm, soft and yet have a strong arch support built in. Love them!

Wonderful Slippers!!

Great fit, great support, easy to wear around the house all day! The first pair of house slippers ever owned with fitting arch support! No more backaches!! Love them.

Good, but wears out

Very comfortable with good support initially, but the softness and support wore out fairly quickly with daily use.

Warm slipper with fabulous arch support!

True to Vionic's reputation, this slipper has excellent arch support. I have a Morton's Neuroma and require either a custom orthotic or a Vionic shoe or slipper. Little did I think I'd find one this warm. I normally wear a AA or possibly a medium; these do run wide. The velcro closure allows adjustment but even closed as narrow as possible, they are still somewhat wide. Nonetheless, I'm very glad I have them. Although they say not to wash them in the machine, I do put them into a lingerie bag and run them through on a gentle, short cycle, if it is absolutely necessary to clean them. They come out looking like new.

Best slippers I have ever owned

I absolutely LOVE these slippers. This is the second pair I have purchased, I wore the first pair down after owning for at least two years. I am flat footed and these slippers give my feet the much needed support that no other slipper ever has. Sure, I can purchase slip on shoes with this support, but I wanted nice cozy slippers with the support I need. They do run large. I normally wear a size 9.5 shoe, but I wear a size 8 in these slippers.
