This women's orthopedic shoe has an Advanced Two-Way fastening system that has adjustable closures on both sides of the strap for extreme adjustability and easy on/off. Extra foam padding on the collar, tongue and upper enhances the comfort your feet will feel in this Mary Jane shoe. Extra width and hidden depth make this style very easy to fit, even for hard-to-fit feet. These Orthofeet shoes have a cushioning outsole with a true Toe-Spring design that helps propel the foot forward for easier walking. Two removable spacers are available to allow the use of custom orthotics or arch support insoles. This shoe is also Medicare approved for use as a Diabetic shoe. comfortable classic

First shoe that fit well in a long time. Seems to fit true to size. Accommodates a high/deep (large) instep. I appreciate the options of different colors. The tread is just right, not too deep but not smooth. A nice casual classic shoe.

Feels a half inch shorter

The shoes feel shorter than a normal 8 1/2. The width is perfect though. Since it feels short, it hurts my big toe (even my toenail is trimmed).
